Dave’s appeal was submitted on May 7th in Denver. According to his attorney his case for appeal looks "Strong" Dave’s legal bills still remain, so if you feel Dave needs your help press the donate button. If you still believe in the fourth amendment in the bill of rights please contribute to his defense fund by clicking on the donations link above or the paypal button below. Dave's current location is US Prison Lompoc California since January he has been confined to the "SHU" aka the hole. He spends 23 hours a day locked in his small cell with another inmate. He has not seen the Sun since January!
